The signature elote agnolotti is filled with corn and cotija cheese and finished with housemade Tajin and finger limes. The huitlacoche cacio pepe melds the Roman classic with earthy corn smut and a 63-degree egg. LA isn’t known for its red sauce spots, but the rebooted La Dolce Vita may change some minds. The menu features five different kinds of pasta including classic spaghetti and meatballs, a delightful tagliatelle vongole with plenty of clams and parsley, and a luscious bucatini al limoni. While the pizzas and starters are done right, it’s the mother pastas like amatriciana, carbonara, and cacio e pepe that deserve diners’ full attention. Top Chef’s Jackson Kalb brings a plethora of East Coast Italian seafood to the main San Vicente Boulevard strip. While the linguine alle vongole and the squid ink prawn scampi are sure to please, it’s the whole lobster fettuccini for two that everyone’s talking about. The Ravioli House is a family restaurant and always will be.
Restaurant (Inside & Outside)
When Teresa and Antonio DeSanctis began making pastas years ago, it was made by hand from only pure semolina and durum wheat flour, whole fresh eggs, and water. Today the only difference is that the pastas are made by machine. The ingredients still contain only all natural ingredients of fresh eggs, genuine pecorino romano cheese, fresh parsley, and the finest spices available. Angelini Osteria is a Beverly Boulevard legend thanks to chef Gino Angelini and his incredible pasta-making skills.

Pasta is a basic food appreciated by both the young and the old. Pasta has no season – there is always something to go with it. By using either cream sauces, garlic and oil, or simply a version of your own favorite sauce — you can eat pasta as it is eaten in Italy, or create an unforgettable specific special of your own. These principles are the foundation upon which all our pastas are built. In the past 50 years not much has changed at Bennett and New Jersey Avenues in Wildwood.

It is not only owned and operated by the DeSanctis's but it is a place where families visit year after year. At The Ravioli House, we love hearing customers share stories about their childhoods, and eating dinner at their Nonna's house. Many people who visit us tell us they feel as if they are taking a step back in time, to their own childhood. Teresa loved the idea of owning a restaurant, and in 1970 the Ravioli House opened its doors for the first time.
